Taxi Van Loon
Taxi van Loon needed a website that turned local search traffic into confirmed bookings. The platform was structured around three service lines, private, business, and airport transport, with individual city pages covering Tiel and the surrounding Betuwe towns. Booking runs through an on-page form, WhatsApp, and direct call, while TX Keur certification, fixed pricing, and rider reviews carry the credibility side. The electric Mercedes-Benz EQE 300 fleet is featured as the centrepiece of the brand's comfort and sustainability positioning.
The Challenge
Most taxi enquiries in a small regional market arrive by phone or WhatsApp, which leaves the website acting as a business card rather than a booking channel. Those informal enquiries usually arrive incomplete, with no pickup address, passenger count, or time, so the operator spends several messages collecting basics. The site had to capture structured booking detail without pushing away same-day callers and older riders who will never use a form.
The Solution
Credibility markers were placed above the fold and repeated through the page: the TX Kaur certification badge linking to the official listing, the review count, transparent fixed pricing with no hidden fees, and operational counters covering kilometers driven, airport runs, and business trips. A dedicated rates page removes the pricing uncertainty that usually pushes people back to an app.
