Patients rarely know which specialty their symptoms point to, so the first call is often the wrong one. Those living outside major cities have an even smaller pool of doctors to reach. Manual scheduling adds double bookings and crowded waiting rooms on top of it.

The Solution

Docpoint Mobile puts the entire booking process in the patient's hands, with doctor profiles, specialties, and live slot availability visible in one view. Appointments can be confirmed at any hour without a phone call, and search runs by symptom as well as by specialty so first-time users are guided to the right doctor. Listings extend beyond a single city, opening access to specialists patients could not previously reach. An emergency ambulance request sits alongside booking for cases that cannot wait.
