We don't just need someone to post pictures; we need a digital storyteller. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social channels, blog content, and organic brand growth. You will blend graphic design, copywriting, and basic SEO to ensure Heptic and our clients stand out in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Creative Design: Design high-quality, engaging social media graphics and visual assets for both Heptic and our clients across multiple languages (English & Arabic preferred). Social Media Management: Take full ownership of social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.), handling daily interactions, community growth, and profile optimization. Content & Strategy: Write compelling blog posts, craft engaging captions, and maintain a structured, results-driven social media posting calendar. SEO & Web Assist: Apply fundamental SEO strategies to written content and assist the core team with basic UI/web design elements when needed. Brand Growth: Proactively brainstorm, test, and execute new ideas, campaigns, and formats to continuously increase online visibility and brand authority.

Requirements

• You have proven experience managing social media accounts for B2B or B2C brands.
• You are highly proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• You are an excellent writer capable of producing professional blogs and snappy social copy.
• You understand the basics of SEO and how content drives organic traffic.
• You are a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to post, but comes to the table with ideas.
